We see patients in their own homes across the Houston area, and run movement and balance screenings at independent living and active adult communities. Telehealth visits are available more broadly.

Payment
Traditional Medicare only, billed directly under Part B. Medicare Advantage plans are not accepted. Self-pay and cash rates are available — ask when you call and we'll explain what to expect before anything is billed.
